When a pet dies at home or at a clinic in Metro Manila, the next steps are simple: keep your companion’s body cool and respectful, then contact a dedicated pet aftercare provider. You do not need to decide every detail in the first hour. Pickup, private viewing, individual cremation or aquamation, and the return of ashes can be arranged once you are ready.

If your pet passed at a veterinary clinic, the clinic can usually hold them until pickup is arranged. If you are at home, place your pet on a clean towel or blanket in a cool, shaded room. Avoid direct sun. If you need more time, a cool (not frozen) environment helps until we arrive.
